Our 2007
Syncon-built La Costa tract home in Minden,
Nevada, was built with a variety of serious Construction
Defects by Syncon Homes. Since Syncon Homes has failed to take
appropriate actions to resolve the defects in the house they sold to
us, we decided to create this website to showcase:

Syncon built in our house,

component installation instructions they clearly
violated,

Codes they failed to meet, and

Their
"Band-Aid on a

approach to repairs and customer service.

are all issues of which any prospective homebuyer and other
interested parties should be aware and concerned so they don't end
up like this homeowner:

We originally
provided links throughout our website to the Syncon Homes company
website. We wanted to do everything possible to ensure that visitors
had the opportunity to reach Syncon Homes if they preferred to go
there.
However, Syncon Homes
subsequently censored all hyperlinks from our site. They set their site to refuse the referral or bounce the link back to our
pages. They have terminated our ability to provide an avenue
for those visitors who might have mistakenly reached our website. However, we can still provide
the Syncon Homes corporate website address for anyone's use. Instead

built better or worse than the house they bought from Syncon
Homes. They are simply providing evidence of the defects found in a
house that Syncon Homes recently built and examples of how Syncon Homes has honored their warranty and treated
