In the bathroom, it is better to concentrate on a large shower (90 x 90 cm or 80 × 120 cm), a large mirror, quality taps and good lighting. Tiles and coatings, on the contrary, may have midrange costs, because, over time, they are the things that customers remember  the less.
Finally, to renew the look outside without too much upheaval, it’s good to repaint the walls , perhaps emphasizing the structure at night, through a good lighting.
